1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange jewellery (excluding earrings) purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Before returning an item, please contact us on 086 815 1118 or via the contact form on our website to arrange the return.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Jewellery must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

3. Exclusions

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

4. How to Return an Item

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs and risk of loss or damage in transit
